With over a decade of experience in the home and gift industry, I’ve learned how to blend my natural creativity with data-driven strategy to connect with people. My goal is to create art that feels right at home in people’s everyday lives.
When I’m not drawing with my trusty Apple Pencil and iPad, you can find me at the beach with my husband, strolling the aisles of a thrift store, or drinking an iced oatmilk latte at a local coffee shop.
After college, I spent 11 years working at P. Graham Dunn, an inspirational gift and home decor company. First in marketing, then in product development. This is where I gained hands-on experience in designing home decor products for mass-market retailers, including Cracker Barrel and the TJX Companies. I learned how to turn trend research and sales insights into unique, on-trend designs while managing the technical details of print production and project timelines.
I love blending current trends with heartfelt timelessness and a sprinkle of whimsy. It’s magical to have something I created spark a memory or cause a laugh or think of a loved one. That’s the beauty of art: it makes people feel and connects them to one another.
I've always been artsy. My childhood bedroom walls were a never-ending collage project. I would spend hours at the family computer using Microsoft Paint to edit photos because I didn’t have Photoshop. So, it wasn’t surprising that I pursued and earned a degree in Visual Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and minor in Communication.
When collaborating, I bring clear communication and pixel-perfect organization (that’s where my type A brain comes in) to create quality products. Art should be beautiful, but it also needs to work for the intended purpose. Send over a message, and let’s get started creating something stunning!
